I will keep it short and sweet this morning. I found myself to be especially motivated this morning, so here are some price patterns that might be worth a look.
Looking for a breakout on CLNE to the long side over $10.
Breakout on ABAT at about $4. This one could be a good addition to a “junk long” portfolio or as a “lottery pick.” Entry would be to try to pick it up near $4 and this level could also be used to manage the trade. Notice the big pickup in volume.
HERO has another “junk long” or “lottery pick.” An entry near $5 looks pretty good. I would manage risk at that level as well.
PCX is one that I already have in my junk long portfolio. I also own KOL which is the coal stock ETF. If PCX breaks over $10, I’ll be looking to make this a full size position and I will add a stop. Like many of the other commodity plays, look at volume explosion.
Watching for a breakdown of PNC below $40.
