I read that article on your site about the woman in CA putting 0% down. I suspect this kind of thing happens all the time and it was certainly happening during the crisis. People are actually given incentives to take risk with almost no downside. Many people call these people buying houses they can&#039;t afford stupid. I call them smart. I&#039;d take that deal if I could get it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;________________________________</description>
